Virtual Vocations Inc. is seeking a full-time Ophthalmology Medical Coder to provide remote coding and abstracting for physician and facility records in the United States.

You will use ICD-10-CM, CPS, and CPT coding systems to ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include reviewing records, coding diagnoses and procedures, and contributing to ongoing coder education while maintaining high accuracy and productivity.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience coding Profee and Facility Ophthalmology charts.
• Certification in CPC, COC, CIC, CCA, CCS, CCS-P, RHIT, or RHIA.
• Proficiency in coding E&M, diagnosis codes, and CPTs.
• Experience with Epic and 3M, 360 coding systems preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM and CPT coding principles and guidelines.
