Responsibilities

• Administers medications, performs treatment as ordered, and operates equipment according to policy and procedure.
• Performs venipuncture using aseptic technique, 12 lead EKGs, and administers vaccinations.
• Participates in implementation and evaluation of care plan including long and short-term goals, nursing actions, and teaching.
• Documents patient care according to standard procedure; reports observed symptoms and changes to Providers and RNs.
