Job summary

Regeneron is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to join the Ophthalmology Field team. You will support provider offices across reimbursement cycles, educate on coverage and coding, and work with Regeneron colleagues to ensure patient access and compliant processes.

The role requires travel and strong payer policy insight. Responsibilities include developing account plans, monitoring impact of access services, and maintaining open communication with providers to resolve reimbursement barriers

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5-8 years pharmaceutical/biotech/device experience, including 3-5 years healthcare coverage or reimbursement.
• Experience with billing, medical claims, and payer communication.
• Knowledge of CPT/HCPCS/ICD-10, revenue codes, and DRG.
• Ability to analyze regulatory payer policies and work across payer environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute account plans to build reimbursement confidence with customers.
• Educate accounts on support services to ensure patient access to care.
• Educate physician offices on coverage and coding for Regeneron products.
• Guide providers in resolving reimbursement issues following Regeneron policies.
• Travel 50-70% to cover assigned FRM Territory.
