Job summary

Ophthalmology LTD in Sioux Falls, SD is seeking a Research Coordinator to join our Clinical Research team. This role supports study participants, coordinates visits, and ensures trials meet regulatory standards with ICH-GCP guidance.

You will maintain regulatory binders, collect data, and collaborate with investigators, sponsors, and staff to advance eye-care research. A strong attention to detail and patient-centered approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in healthcare, clinic, or hospital setting.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare documentation.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate research participant visits in line with study protocols and ICH-GCP.
• Assist with patient recruitment, screening, scheduling, and informed consent.
• Prepare patient charts and ensure complete and accurate data collection.
• Support study initiation activities, including start-up meetings and documentation.
• Assist with monitoring visits and respond to sponsor inquiries and requests.
• Collect, process, package, and ship specimens per regulations.
• Extract study data from source documents and complete CRFs.
