Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Indiana license as a Registered Nurse.
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience.
• Knowledge of medications and treatments and patient communication.
• Ability to use electronic medical records and handle fax/Prior Authorization processes.

Responsibilities

• Main point of contact for clinical questions, refill requests, and prior authorizations.
• Process phone calls and walk-ins across the clinic and coordinate with physicians.
• Complete documentation in the electronic medical record and OnBase submissions.
• Assist with triaging patients and support checkout as needed.
