University Clinical Health, Inc. is seeking a PRN Patient Care Call Center Specialist to communicate with patients, assess urgency based on brief history, and submit prescription refills as directed by physicians.

You will support patient education and chart documentation while coordinating with the care team to uphold UCH's standards of medical excellence and service.

Prioritize safety, compliance, and high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of relevant clinical experience required.
• COA certification preferred.

Position Summary:

This position talks directly with patients through our call center. Determines urgency of patients needs based on brief assessment and familiarity with patients condition and history. Submits refill of prescriptions as instructed by physician.

Requirements

Education & Experience:
