Job summary

Wolfe Eye Clinic in Cedar Falls, IA is seeking a full-time Ophthalmic Testing Technician to support physicians and patients. You will perform visual field testing, measure eye pressure, capture diagnostic images such as OCTs, and maintain clean, organized exam rooms.

Wolfe Eye Clinic – Better vision, for a better life!Ophthalmic Testing TechnicianWolfe Eye Clinic is seeking to add a full-time Ophthalmic Testing Technician based in our Cedar Falls clinic.Duties and Responsibilities:Provide excellent patient service.Perform visual field testing.Measure eye pressure.Take diagnostic images such as OCT’s.Disinfect and maintain clinical equipment.Prepare, enter, and maintain patient electronic health records.Working with a variety of doctors and staff in a positive and productive manner to provide quality patient care.Other clinical duties as assigned.Skills and Knowledge:Interested applicants must be able to work both independently and in a team environment, have excellent patient service skills, remain organized, learn and adapt quickly, and maintain excellent communication skills.Some day-time travel is required. When traveling outside your base clinic mileage and time on the road will be reimbursed.Preferred Qualifications, but not required.
