Job summary

Duly Health and Care is seeking a Full-Time Ophthalmic Technician in Glen Ellyn. This role involves extensive patient interaction and data collection to facilitate accurate diagnoses. Ideal candidates will possess a High School diploma and preferably be a Certified Ophthalmic Technician.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• COT certification is preferred or in progress.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an ophthalmology/optometry setting.

Responsibilities

• Performs data collection functions as delegated by the physician.
• Provides patient communication about procedures.
• Maintains accurate documentation in the EMR.
• Cleans and sterilizes instruments.
