Columbus Ophthalmology Associates is seeking an Ophthalmic Technician with training provided. This full-time position in Dublin, OH offers on-site patient care support, helping with preliminary testing and patient flow while learning from experienced clinicians.

Benefits include a full benefits package, 401k with employer match, PTO and holidays, maternity leave, eyecare reimbursement, and competitive base pay. Work hours are Monday–Friday 7am–7pm with occasional early/late shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year related experience and/or training.
• COA or COT certification preferred but not required.
• Proficient in basic computer skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication.

Responsabilités

• Facilitate patient flow.
• Assist the doctor in preliminary testing.
• Verify medical and vision insurances.
• Communicate effectively with patients, doctors, and managers.
• Handle inquiries by phone, email, and in person.
• Record data in the EMR.
