Qualifications

• Less than 1 year of experience in ophthalmology or healthcare preferred.
• Basic computer skills and electronic medical records experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist physician and health care team in ocular care.
• Perform testing: visual acuity, lensometry, pupil function, ocular motility, tonometry, and confrontation fields.
• Perform refractometry and draft preliminary glasses prescriptions.
• Support minor surgeries, injections, and laser treatments.
• Educate patients on medication use and pre/post operative care.
