Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare patient for examination and document medical history.
• Prepare examination and treatment rooms.
• Perform vision screening tests including acuity and color vision.
• Maintain and calibrate ophthalmic instruments.
• Travel to other facilities as needed.
