Eye Health Vision Centers in Dartmouth, MA seeks a Lead Ophthalmic Technician Float to oversee advanced ophthalmic testing and provide leadership across multiple clinic sites. This role includes supervising technicians, ensuring smooth patient flow, and performing complex diagnostic procedures.

The position requires at least one year of ophthalmic tech experience, strong leadership, and travel to other clinic locations as needed.

Qualificações

• Minimum one year of ophthalmic technician experience.
• Previous lead or supervisory work experience required.
• Experience in customer service is required.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Leads and instructs ophthalmic techs and students in new examinations and procedures.
• Instructs medical students and residents in ophthalmic testing techniques.
• Performs and records results of specialized ophthalmic examinations.
• Oversees quality control and maintenance of ophthalmic equipment.
• Completes duties as requested by supervisors and meets daily deadlines.
• Maintains efficient clinical operations and schedules.
• Prepares daily tech schedule and approves payroll for technicians.
• Manages ordering of medical supplies and inventory par levels.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
