Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:45 AM–5:00 PM (variable start times based on location; fixed end time)

Assignment Type: Contract-to-Hire

Key Responsibilities

• Set up equipment and prepare exam rooms for doctors
• Assist with patient flow and coordinate follow-up appointments or referrals
• Support diagnostic testing or second opinions as directed
• Cross-train to assist with front office tasks and clinic operations
• Work collaboratively in a low-to-medium volume clinic environment

Qualifications

• 1+ year of ophthalmology or clinical healthcare experience required
• Background as MA, CNA, Phlebotomist, or similar is ideal
• Eager to grow into a technician role with minimal supervision
• Quick learner with a proactive attitude
• Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment

Training & Support

• On-the-job training provided for clinic-specific protocols
• Full tech training and certification support after 1 year
• Office-based clinic setting
• Reporting to: Onsite Clinic Manager
• Overtime: Rare
• Interview Process: One-step onsite interview at the Mesquite location
