Job summary

Unifeye Vision Partners in Colton, CA is seeking a Surgical Technician to prepare and maintain the sterile field for ASC surgeries. You will assist surgeons, gather supplies, and ensure infection control standards are followed in a fast-paced ambulatory setting.

The role requires a Surgical Technician program completion, BCLS, and preferably ophthalmology experience; this is an on-site role with no remote work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of an accredited Surgical Technician program.
• One year of Surgical Technician experience preferred.
• Ophthalmology experience strongly preferred.
• Current BCLS certification within 60 days; Surgical Technician certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gathers needed procedure supplies and opens sterile field.
• Maintains sterile technique and assists surgeon during procedures.
• Updates surgeon preference cards as required.
• Manages instrument counts and waste disposal per policy.
• Organizes storage area and ensures instrument readiness.
