You will provide ophthalmic care at Winter Haven and other Central Florida clinics, with a team of skilled technicians and an established private physician-owned system. The position offers a base salary of $350,000 with a 28% annual net collections bonus, plus PTO, holidays, CE days, and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible ophthalmic surgeon required.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide ophthalmic services across Central Florida clinics and ASCs.
• Perform cataract, glaucoma, cornea, and related ophthalmic procedures.
• Collaborate with a support team of techs and scribes to deliver care.
