Job summary

Eyetastic Services, LLC is seeking a dedicated ophthalmologist to join our thriving practice in Spring Hill, FL. This full-time position offers a guaranteed salary for 12 months, transitioning to a share of collections as you build the practice.

You will perform cataract surgery (including premium IOLs), in-office procedures, and collaborate with a visiting vitreoretinal specialist. The role includes comprehensive management support and access to health plan resources to focus on patient care.

Qualifications

• MD/DO with residency training in ophthalmology.
• Experience and confidence performing surgeries independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical eye care and perform cataract surgeries with support staff.
• Perform in-office procedures such as YAG, SLT, and LPI.
• Collaborate with visiting vitreoretinal specialist 2–3 days per month.
• Manage practice operations while delivering patient-centered care.
