EyeCenter of north Florida is seeking a fellowship-trained glaucoma/cataract surgeon to join a well-established practice in the Florida Panhandle. The position offers full-time engagement with an experienced staff and modern facilities.

Affiliation with EyeSouth Partners provides access to strategic management support, partnerships, and a broad physician network while maintaining a local practice presence for patients in North Florida.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible ophthalmologist.
• Fellowship training in glaucoma/cataract surgery required.
• Strong surgical volume management and team collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide glaucoma and cataract surgical services to established patient base.
• Collaborate with multi-location staff and protocol-driven care.
• Participate in partnership opportunities and clinical program development.

Eye Center of north Florida was formed in 1999 and is the most established and trusted eye care practices in the Florida panhandle. (ECNF) offers Lipiflow Dry Eye Treatment, Low Vision Rehabilitation, Low Vision Rehabilitation,Optos Retinal Imaging, Macular Degeneration, Genetic Testing- Macula Risk Testing , Drop less Cataract Surgery, Refractive procedures along with cosmetic specialties, contact lenses and an optical shop.

Position Summary

This is an exciting full-time opp ortunity for a candidate interested in working in North Florida!

Our rapidly growing multi-location, multispecialty practice is seeking a Fellowship-trained Glaucoma/Cataract surgeon.

Our offices are well equipped with full staff and EHR.

• Strategic Management Partner to help onboard and maximize potential for success.
• Access to corporate support services to reduce administrative burden on physicians and improve clinical efficiency.
• Network of 3 00+ ophthalmologists and optometrists.
• Eligible for partnership after 1-2 years for experienced hires and 2-3 years for residents/fellows.

Responsibilities

Candidate should be Board certified or Board eligible and willing to work with current medical staff to manage an already established significant surgical volume.
