• Base Salary - $350,000 Annually

• Currently Expanding Locations and Physicians Throughout Mid‑Florida
• 3 Physician Owners, with Partnership Track for New Ophthalmologist Based on Existing Formula as Well as Personal Production, Time, and Owner’s Discretion
