Qualifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification as required.
• Medical Office Setting experience (2 years) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains patient records and schedules appointments in IDX.
• Answers phones, greets patients, verifies billing information and prepares charts for office visits.
• Assists with clinical workups including vision tests, keratometry, and related procedures.
• Instructs patients on contact lens care and handling; assists with polishing/replacement as needed.
• Maintains inventory and cleanliness of exam rooms and equipment.
