Responsibilities

• Provides day-to-day direction to ophthalmic technicians, patient coordinators, and staff.
• Adjusts daily schedules based on patient flow and staffing.
• Responds to clinical and patient demands to maintain efficient operations.
• Performs duties as a functioning ophthalmic technician or support personnel as needed.
• Mentors assigned staff to provide stability and development opportunities.
• Ensures operation meets standards of care and aligns with University policies.
