Job summary

Center for Sight Las Vegas is seeking an Ophthalmic Technician (Clinical Research) to support the Clinical Research Department in Las Vegas, NV. Under the direction of the Clinical Research Manager, you will assist with subject recruitment, visit preparation, scheduling, informed consent, data entry, and regulatory binder maintenance.

This role requires knowledge of ophthalmology, GCP/OSHA guidelines, and proficiency with Excel and data management systems.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years ophthalmic experience or related field preferred.
• Good understanding of ophthalmic terminology and clinical testing.
• Strong computer skills and ability to adapt to new software.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to OSHA and Good Clinical Practice guidelines and policies.
• Promote safety and confidentiality of clinical research participants.
• Perform subject visit prep, scheduling, and data workup per protocol.
• Recruit and enroll subjects, ensure retention and compliance.
• Maintain subject binders, regulatory binders, and data entry into EDC.
• Coordinate with sponsors, IRBs, investigators, and staff.
