Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of eye anatomy, disease, symptoms, and ocular medications.

Responsibilities

• Interpret, comprehend, and conduct clinical research procedures per protocol.
• Oversee all aspects of patients in trials and follow sponsor guidance.
• Pre-screen patient records and coordinate with referring physicians.
• Ensure proper start-up documents for compliance and documentation.
• Discuss informed consent with patients and families per GCP.
• Train staff to ensure protocol compliance and SOPs.
• Coordinate IRB submissions and sponsor site visits.
• Manage data collection, entry, and sponsor queries.
• Perform ophthalmic imaging and vision tests (OCT, VA, tonometry).
