Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Resolves practical problems and handles variable situations with limited standardization.
• Performs production tasks per Master Task List.
• Trains technicians on plant operations.
• Promotes a safe and healthy production environment.
• Establishes and maintains high performance standards with integrity.
• Supports production data management with field personnel and engineering.
• Leads operators to ensure production integrity.
• Creates production graphs and analyzes trends using Aries, DSS, Excel and Access.
• Develops failure database for artificial lift and assists in performance analysis.
• Supports data management and technical evaluation within the team.
• Recommends new ways to streamline data management.
