Luxottica’s Dallas-area production team is seeking a Production Technician to support the plant operations with a focus on productivity and quality. The role emphasizes understanding production data, safe practices, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering and field personnel.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or GED and experience in a fast-paced setting, with strong communication and the ability to prioritize under strict deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Resolves practical problems in variable situations with limited standardization.
• Performs tasks as per Master Task List in operations.
• Provides training to technicians on plant operations.
• Promotes safe and healthy production environment and practices.
• Leads operators to ensure production integrity.
• Creates production graphs and analyzes trends using Aries, DSS, Excel and Access.
• Supports data management and technical evaluation efforts within the team.
• Recommends new approaches to streamline data management.
