EssilorLuxottica is seeking a Production Technician in Saint Cloud, MN to support the production department and ensure productivity and quality. You will train technicians, lead operators, and develop production graphs while analyzing trends with tools like Aries, DSS, Excel, and Access.

Responsibilities

Resolves practical problems and deals with varied concrete situations.
Performs tasks per Master Task List.
Provides training to technicians on plant operations.
Promotes a safe and healthy production environment and safe work practices.
Establishes and upholds high performance standards with integrity.
Supports production data management for the team.
Leads operators to ensure production integrity.
Creates production graphs and analyzes trends using Aries, DSS, Excel and Access.
Develops failure databases for artificial lift and assists in performance analysis.
Supports data management and technical evaluation efforts of the team.
Recommends new approaches to streamline data management.
