Job summary

Responsibilities

• Completes equipment calibration and setup; communicates maintenance issues.
• Proactively identifies quality, process, and workflow problems; informs Supervisor.
• Participates in training of Associates; mentors new hires.
• Communicates with Supervisor; participates in team meetings.
• Maintains a positive attitude and respectful behavior; reports issues.
• Supports management decisions; assists Team Leader and Supervisor.
• Maintains a clean, safe work area; notifies Supervisor of safety issues.
• Follows safety requirements and provides feedback as needed.
• Maintains adherence to company policies.
