• Performs and records clinical measures such as visual acuities, tonometry, keratometry, slit lamp exams, and other tests under supervision.
• Prepares prescription refills for physician review.
• Prepares referral and dictation letters and returns calls to patients and pharmacies with questions under supervision.
• Maintains patient education materials and assists with education through brochures and videos.
• Maintains safe, clean work area and adheres to HIPAA and OSHA regulations.
