AFL is seeking a Manufacturing Utility Operator in Duncan, SC to monitor, organize and schedule daily activities of associates while ensuring compliance with customer specs and AFL standards. The role supports line operators, assists with changeovers and training, and helps resolve process issues to maximize production.

The position requires at least 2 years of manufacturing experience, strong attention to detail, and teamwork.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 2+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Understanding of manufacturing safety standards.
• Proficient user of Microsoft Outlook, Access, Word and Excel.
• Practical Understanding of EHS and quality systems.

Responsabilidades

• Assess daily production schedules and plan to ensure uninterrupted flow and on-time delivery.
• Coordinate the day-to-day activities of team members.
• Ensure WIP, tooling, and other items are staged for the next run at each line.
• Provide training and troubleshooting support to the team.
• Lead improvements and maintain 5S in the assigned area.
• Adhere to AFL environmental, health and safety policies.
