Job summary

Chitra Productions, LLC. seeks an experienced OPFOR Planner to support U.S. Army training exercises and CTC operations. You will develop realistic opposing force scenarios across Live, Virtual, and Constructive environments, coordinating with RTUs to ensure training objectives are met.

The role requires Army/JPMOPS doctrine knowledge, OPFOR planning expertise, and the ability to work with senior military leaders. On-site field exercise support and mission execution are integral to this position.

Qualifications

• Active Secret security clearance is required.
• Strong knowledge of Army and Joint training, operations, doctrine, planning processes, and TTPs.
• Experience supporting or facilitating the Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC).
• Ability to brief and advise military leadership under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and support OPFOR operations across LVC environments.
• Provide planning and coordination throughout the Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC).
• Support EXCON operations and integrate OPFOR activities across Warfighting Functions.
• Advise OPFOR leadership on effective employment of opposing forces to meet RTU objectives.
• Develop OPFOR operational plans, orders, and training documentation.
• Plan, develop, and conduct OPFOR Academy training for rotational forces.
• Develop instructional materials, scenarios, and content for OPFOR preparation and validation.
• Coach OPFOR commanders on OPFOR tactics and techniques.
• Provide on-site support during training rotations and major exercises.
