Job summary

Chitra Productions, LLC is seeking an experienced OPFOR Planner to support U.S. Army training exercises, Combat Training Center operations, and large-scale field events in Hawaii.

The role focuses on developing realistic opposing force scenarios across Live, Virtual, and Constructive environments to help Rotational Training Units achieve training objectives. The successful candidate will bring Army or Joint operations expertise, OPFOR planning, and exercise design experience, and will work with

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance is required at minimum.
• Strong knowledge of Army and Joint training, operations, doctrine, and TTPs.
• Experience supporting the Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC).
• Ability to develop operational plans, training materials, and briefings.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office for planning and reporting.
• Willingness to work on-site in Hawaii and support field exercises.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and support OPFOR operations across LVC environments.
• Provide ongoing planning and coordination throughout the JELC lifecycle.
• Support EXCON operations and integrate OPFOR activities across warfighting functions.
• Advise leadership on effective employment of opposing forces to meet RTU objectives.
• Coordinate with G-2 to incorporate intelligence and threat resources into planning.
• Develop OPFOR plans, orders, training products, and documentation.
