Chitra Productions is seeking an experienced Intelligence Planner to support U.S. Army training exercises and Combat Training Center rotations.

The role focuses on intelligence planning, scenario development, and exercise execution to ensure realistic training for Army and Joint forces. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in military intelligence, operational planning, and experience with the Joint Exercise Life Cycle, integrating intelligence into complex training scenarios and

Qualifications

• Active Secret security clearance at minimum.
• Experience supporting Army or Joint operations, intelligence planning, or training.
• Strong knowledge of military intelligence operations, doctrine, planning processes, and TTPs.
• Ability to develop and deliver intelligence-related briefings and materials.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; coordinate with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide intelligence planning and coordination across the Joint Exercise Life Cycle.
• Support planning and execution of Combat Training Center (CTC) rotations.
• Serve on EXCON and HICOM teams during training exercises.
• Develop and coordinate intelligence products, including Road to War materials, Orders of Battle, annexes, MSELs, and AARs.
• Integrate intelligence into exercise scenarios and training environments.
• Coordinate with T2COM G-2 and utilize intelligence products, databases, and systems, including ION.
• Develop and deliver dynamic, real-time intelligence scripting for Mission Command Systems.
• Support role-player integration with scenario profiles and role-player cards.
• Operate within the Intelligence Fusion Cell during CTC rotations.
• Participate in post-rotation reviews and complete AAR requirements within 30 days.
• Coordinate with military personnel and exercise planners to embed intelligence objectives.
