Responsibilities

• Support leadership in planning, execution, and monitoring of operational excellence initiatives.
• Maintain project documentation, charters, schedules, risk registers, and status reports.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, document minutes, and track actions to closure.
• Assist with data collection, KPI tracking, dashboard updates, and performance reporting.
• Support resource coordination, timeline tracking, and milestone monitoring.
• Ensure updates in PMO systems like ClickUp, SharePoint, and MS Office.
