Job summary

You will champion process improvements, mentor belts, and partner with site leadership to deliver measurable results in a highly controlled manufacturing environment. The role requires a Black Belt, strong change leadership, and the ability to secure DOE clearances.

Qualifications

• 5 years of related LSS or Continuous Improvement experience.
• Black Belt certification and proven change-delivery track record.
• Ability to influence at all levels and manage change.
• Strong facilitation and mentoring skills.
• Must be U.S. citizen and able to obtain DOE clearance.
• On-site Euclid, OH location.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformative process improvement initiatives with measurable impact.
• Partner with site leadership to prioritize opportunities and reduce waste.
• Drive root-cause analysis and standardize processes to improve first-pass yield.
• Lead strategic planning and project selection sessions.
• Mentor Black/Green/Yellow Belts through certification journeys.
• Provide technical and leadership guidance to the OpEx team.
• Design and deliver training programs supporting LSS deployment.
• Estimate COPQ benefits and manage OpEx budgets.
