Job summary

Freudenberg is seeking operators and setup personnel for our production lines in Georgia. You will operate and monitor equipment, document data, and help ensure line performance and quality compliance.

This role emphasizes hands-on problem solving and active participation in safety and continuous improvement. You will troubleshoot equipment, stock materials for change-overs, complete maintenance tasks, and assist with pre-production checks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to work 2nd and 3rd shifts.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots and resolves equipment issues and scrap concerns.

• Completes maintenance work orders and documents mold changes.
• Validates pre-production requirements.

Operators

• Operates and monitors equipment used in the production process
• Responsible for the line performance regarding output and uptime
• Ensures production processes remain compliant with Quality Policies and initiates appropriate measures in case of deviations
• Cleans and maintains machines and equipment
• Digitally documents process and quality data

Setups

• Troubleshoots and solves equipment problems and scrap issues
• Stocks materials for daily change-overs, and delivers molds to mold control
• Completes maintenance work orders
• Documents mold change
• Validates pre-production requirements

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, Technical Training, or equivalent degree
• High level of commitment and flexibility
• Willingness and ability to work shifts (2nd and 3rd shifts available)
• Willingness and resilience to meet the physical demands of the position
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and consistently changing environment
