Job summary

Freudenberg-NOK Sealing Technologies in Cleveland, GA seeks production operators for our facility. You will operate a production line, monitor equipment, and uphold safety, quality, and productivity to meet customer requirements.

Setups support with change-overs, troubleshoot, document data, and participate in daily maintenance. We value commitment, flexibility, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Operators are responsible for operating a production line, while ensuring adherence to company standards for safety, clean environment, quality, and productivity in order to meet customer requirements.

Setups are responsible for conducting machine set-up, repair, operation, troubleshooting, and daily preventive maintenance. This position ensures high quality outcome of production.

Responsibilities

• Operators:
• Operates and monitors equipment used in the production process
• Responsible for the line performance regarding output and uptime
• Ensures production processes remain compliant with Quality Policies and initiates appropriate measures in case of deviations
• Cleans and maintains machines and equipment
• Digitally documents process and quality data
• Setups:
• Troubleshoots and solves equipment problems and scrap issues
• Stocks materials for daily change-overs, and delivers molds to mold control
• Completes maintenance work orders
• Documents mold change
• Validates pre-production requirements

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, Technical Training, or equivalent degree
• High level of commitment and flexibility
• Willingness and ability to work shifts (2nd and 3rd shifts available)
• Willingness and resilience to meet the physical demands of the position
