Job summary

Freudenberg Group in North Carolina is seeking a production teammate to handle materials, monitor the production process, and ensure timely delivery to the line while maintaining safety and quality standards.

You will perform regular quality inspections, apply lean manufacturing principles for continuous improvement, assist with packing and material handling, and work cooperatively with a diverse team to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
• Familiarity with process control systems, quality checks, and inspection.
• Must be able to read a ruler and understand fractions, and demonstrate basic math skills.
• Must be able to work well with others and in a diverse workforce environment.
