Job summary

Freudenberg is seeking a hands-on supervisor to lead a large team in our manufacturing environment. You will delegate tasks, coordinate cross-functional activities, and ensure adherence to quality systems. SAP, ERP/EMS familiarity and strong communication are essential to succeed.

You will drive continuous improvement, monitor training, address safety concerns, and report observations to management. This role demands initiative, accountability, and a proactive approach to keep operations safe,

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills required to lead a large team.
• Experience in leading people.
• Proficient with SAP, Microsoft Office Excel, and Word.
• Experience with ERP or EMS operations systems; SAP and Bartender knowledge is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and train employees.
