Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of experience operating equipment under field conditions.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to obtain Arizona CDL within six months of hire.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Learns to operate various mechanical equipment such as compressors, tampers and asphalt cutters.
• Passes and obtains Traffic Control certification; MSHA and other required safety trainings.
• Performs inspection and maintenance of equipment and facilities; participates in snow plowing and drainage operations.
