What you’ll do as an Operator Telecom Construction Equipment

• Attend site-specific Job Safety Analysis
• Operate and control assigned equipment safely
• Dig pits, trenches, or potholes as per job plan
• Manage site setup and cleanup
• Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment
• Establish safety perimeters
• Work in all weather conditions
• Perform additional duties as assigned

What you’ll need

• Be 18 years or older
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• Pass background checks and drug screening
• Valid Driver's License or Class A CDL with tanker endorsement
• Acceptable MVR record
• High School Diploma, GED, or relevant experience
• Experience with heavy equipment preferred
• Experience with drill setup and design is a plus
• Ability to work in all weather conditions
• Lift/carry up to 50 lbs regularly, up to 75 lbs as needed
• Willing to work overtime, nights, weekends, and be on-call
• Knowledge of utility locators and drilling equipment
• Ability to read work orders, safety rules, and operating instructions
• Physical ability to climb ladders and operate machinery
• Specific vision abilities required; exposure to dust, fumes, chemicals, and machinery

Physical abilities & exposures

• Routinely: work alone in remote locations, operate machinery, lift over 55 pounds
• Occasionally: work in confined spaces, use ladders, keyboards

Pay Range: $22.00 - $24.00/hr depending on experience.
