What you’ll do as an Operator Telecom Construction Equipment

• Operate drill and other equipment safely on-site, including directional drills, backhoes, excavators, skid steers, tractors, vacuum trucks, and trailers
• Restore and landscape disturbed areas
• Develop and maintain bore schedules
• Set up and clean up the work site
• Load and unload tools and materials
• Participate in Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and set up safety perimeters
• Work in all weather conditions
• Perform other duties as assigned

What you’ll need

• Be at least 18 years old
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• Pass background and drug screenings
• Valid Driver’s License or Class A CDL with tanker endorsement
• High School Diploma, GED, or relevant experience

Additional qualifications

• Experience with heavy equipment and drilling setup preferred
• Ability to work in all weather, lift 50 lbs regularly, and work overtime or nights as needed
• Understanding of utility locators and work order reading
• Physical ability to perform job duties, including climbing and working in various environments
• Commitment to safety and training compliance

Physical & Safety Requirements

Must be able to stand, crouch, lift, and perform physical tasks. Exposure to outdoor weather and noise is expected. Reasonable accommodations are available for disabilities.

Pay Range

$22.00 - $24.00 per hour, depending on experience.
