We're excited to offer a rewarding opportunity for an Operator Technician to join our team at our client's Russellville, AR facility! If you thrive in a hands-on environment and enjoy working with cutting-edge production equipment, this is your chance to be part of a team that produces high-quality rolled aluminum products for global industries.



Schedule: 7pm - 7am, rotating shift

Pay: $24.40/hr.



What You'll Be Doing:



  • Set up, operate, and monitor production equipment following safety and quality standards

  • Perform routine maintenance on machinery, including cleaning and lubrication

  • Conduct tests and inspections to ensure product quality and performance

  • Record operating data and production progress

  • Assist maintenance teams with troubleshooting and repairs

  • Safely operate cranes, jacks, and forklifts to move materials and equipment

  • Follow environmental, health, and safety regulations at all times
