Job summary

Operator, Production - 3rd Shift ($2k sign on bonus)

Sunday – Thursday, 10:00PM – 6:30AM

As an Operator, Production, you will be a key part of a diverse workforce. This is a physical role with a lot of variety where you’ll enjoy collaborating with your coworkers to make what we do and how we do it, even better. This will involve handling raw materials (dry pre‑mix powders) of up to 55lbs, monitoring equipment and processes, analyzing our products, and carrying out minor maintenance tasks. You’ll be supported by leaders who will listen to your opinions and, with your help, create the best working environment for everyone in the team.

Responsibilities

• Handle raw materials, transport from storage to dispensary, weigh them as required, per the batch formula, and add them to the required mixer. All production operators must load blenders, complete final packaging, sample per batch requirement, inspect both raw materials and finished goods, and safely palletize and store raw materials and/or finished goods. Follow the 4‑eye principle guideline at all times.
• Work unsupervised in all areas of the production process while demonstrating advanced process knowledge.
• Monitor, report, and document equipment failures; record exceptions, deviations, and actions taken.
• Report disturbances to the Supervisor or backup supervisor and inform them about production process adjustments or concerns.
• Take samples of raw materials and finished goods for quality and analytical testing.
