Responsibilities

1. Follow quality requirements to meet or exceed expectations.
2. Read job orders for accurate information and ensure the crew follows special instructions.
3. Perform machine maintenance.
4. Complete inks usage, viscosity, and pH forms.
5. Retain print samples.
6. Complete product reports and Quality Assurance sheets for each job.
7. Provide direction to assistants.
8. Operate anilox cleaner and parts washer.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications, Education, and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
• Prior operation of similar equipment preferred.
• Basic mechanical skills.
• High school level mathematics.

Physical Demands

• Frequently move or lift up to 25-50 pounds; heavier items require assistance or equipment.
• Specific vision abilities include close, distance, peripheral, depth perception, and color vision.

Shift

• 2-2-3 rotating schedule every two weeks, alternating between day and night shifts.
• 12-hour shifts.

Additional Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-5 years of experience with printing presses preferred.
