Cohesive Components is seeking a 1st Shift Pick and Pack Operator in Cincinnati, OH. You will remove waste, prepare parts and packaging orders according to job router instructions and standard packaging procedures.
Responsibilities include following packaging instructions, labeling, pallet coordination, and maintaining a clean, safe work area. Team Leader coordination and adherence to quality processes are essential to succeed in this role.

1st Shift: 6:15am - 2:50pm, Monday-Friday
Department: Pick-Pack Area
Reports To: Area Leader
FLSA Status: Nonexempt
Pick and Pack Operators are responsible for removing waste from manufactured or purchase parts and or packaging orders in preparation for shipment according to job router instructions standard packaging procedures.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES- none
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.

Employee must be able to stand for an entire shift, lift 45 pounds on a repetitive basis, and perform the physical activities directly related to the position. Proper lifting techniques required. The use of personal protective equipment is required under certain conditions.
