Job summary

Bosch Group in Lincolnton, NC is seeking a Welding Line Operator for Power Tool Accessories. You will load/unload blades, operate the welding line, and perform quality checks per the control plan.

You will adjust machine parameters via the touch screen, escalate safety or quality issues, maintain 6S standards, and work overtime as needed per the handbook. The role requires a high school diploma and strong communication skills, plus the ability to lift up to 40 pounds and to sit or stand for

• Operate the Welding Line for Power Tool Accessories.
• Manually load and unload blades from the Welding line.
• Perform and record Quality checks as required by the control plan.
• Execute simple machine change overs when required.

• Maintain a clean and orderly work area according to the 6S standard.
