Job Overview

The Operator Manufacturing I is responsible for operating and monitoring production equipment, adjusting machine settings to meet specifications, and ensuring tasks are completed accurately and timely.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform pre-operation activities for equipment startup
• Operate and monitor equipment during production to ensure quality and efficiency
• Communicate with team members to maintain continuous production of high-quality products
• Perform housekeeping and sanitation tasks

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, follow procedures, and adhere to safety practices
• Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs., stand for prolonged periods, and climb stairs
• Weekend and some holiday work required
• Use of hearing protection due to elevated noise levels
• Work in seasonal temperature conditions

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED

Work Environment

Noisy, wet, and extreme temperature environment.
