Alcon in Houston, TX is seeking an Operator III, Local Materials Control and CDL Truck Driver to join our Warehouse & Distribution team. You will ensure cargo is loaded securely, perform safety checks, and help with unloading and receiving shipments, using SAP and RF scanners as needed.

The role requires a CDL Class A, ability to lift up to 30 lbs, and comfort working 2nd shift with close collaboration across the warehouse. Travel up to 10% and a strong safety mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• CDL Class A license required.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Experience with RF scanners and SAP preferred.
• Experience operating multiple forklift types.

Responsabilités

• Follow loading protocols and secure cargo with chains and binders.
• Inspect trailers before/after loading and verify equipment.
• Unload cargo and assist in receiving/shipping processes.
• Record received and shipped items and use RF scanners/SAP when needed.
• Maintain quality and assist in warehouse duties as required.
