Job summary

Pregis Corporation is hiring an Operator II to operate Jenner Jahn equipment and support production on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule (3am-3pm or 3pm-3am).

You will monitor machine performance, perform setup and basic maintenance, ensure safety, and maintain production records while helping train new operators and communicate issues to leadership. The role requires safe operation, quality focus, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience operating Jenner Jahn or similar machinery preferred.
• Knowledge of production processes, quality standards, and safety procedures.
• Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate Jenner Jahn machinery safely and efficiently
• Monitor machine performance, product quality, and production output
• Perform equipment setup, changeovers, and basic maintenance
• Troubleshoot minor mechanical or operational issues and elevate as needed
• Maintain accurate production and quality records
• Ensure compliance with all safety and company policies
• Assist in training and mentoring new operators
• Communicate production issues, material needs, and downtime to leadership
