Job summary

Pregis Corporation is hiring an Operator II to operate Jenner Jahn equipment and support production on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule (3am-3pm or 3pm-3am).

You will monitor machine performance, perform setup and basic maintenance, ensure safety, and maintain production records while helping train new operators and communicate issues to leadership. The role requires safe operation, quality focus, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience operating Jenner Jahn or similar machinery preferred.
• Knowledge of production processes, quality standards, and safety procedures.
• Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or in a team.

Job Title: Operator II

Reports To: Production Supervisor

Shift: 3am-3pm or 3pm-3am (rotating 2-2-3 schedule)

Position Summary:

The Jenner Jahn Machine Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining Jenner Jahn equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production. This role also supports training and mentoring of new operators as needed.

Compensation

The listed annualized base pay range is primarily based on analysis of similar positions. Actual base pay could vary and may be above or below the listed range based on factors including but not limited to performance, proficiency and demonstration of competencies required for the role. The base pay is just one component of Pregis's total compensation package. The hourly base pay range for this role is estimated to be $22-$25 per hour.
