• 2 years of experience in a medical or other regulated production environment preferred.
• Ability to read, comprehend, and follow written procedures; follow verbal instructions.
• Ability to prioritize work based on precedence and importance.
• Ability to handle and maneuver small components and parts.
• Ability to make critical decisions with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and repetitive assembly operations under supervision.
• Ensure job documentation for cell operations is accurate and up to date.
• Communicate ideas, problems, and solutions to manufacturing management in writing and verbally.
• Demonstrate techniques to tours and represent the company positively.
• Follow safety guidelines and use appropriate safety devices.
• Participate in continuous improvement/quality initiatives to improve processes.
